Our CEO has more than 15 years of experience leading and developing high performing teams in the corporate banking, leadership development programs for global organizations with diverse, multicultural audiences and international employee populations around the United States. McKieva is known for building collaborative, long-lasting partnerships with clients that have made them ambassadors of the 8 Seven brand. Finally, she received a Bachelor of Science from Oglethorpe University and is currently an alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program.
